Henry

  General Notes:

According to the census of 1901 Henry was a brewery managing director. There are only two Henry C's shown in this census, the other being a coal hewer aged 47 at the time of the census and living in Yorkshire.

In the census Henry is shown as having the following people live at his property, 23 Park Road St Annes on the sea Lancs, Amy Constance Carr sister in law, married age 36 born in Fleetwood Lancs, andher daughter, Henry's niece, Amy C H Carr aged 9 also born in Fleetwood. Along with these relatives were Mary Keating servant single aged 25 cook domestic born in Ireland, and Sarah Murphy servant single aged 17 housemaid born in Ireland.

The birth register shows Henry born in the first quarter of 1851.

The 1871 census shows Henry aged 20 son of William, he was a bankers clerk although here he is shown as born in Pendleton Lancs, the address being 4 Park Place Salford district Regents Road Lancs, where he lived with his family.
