Edward Stuart Crummack

  General Notes:

According to free bmd Edward Stuart was born in Stockport in June quarter 1893. At this time he would have been 24. From the 1901 census, Edward S Crummack the son of Henry widower of 23 Park Road StAnnes on the sea was born in Heaton Chapel Lancs and was 7 months old at the date of the census. Searching the National Archive census for 1901 for an Edward Crummack born in 1893 only reveals this entry. There are no other Edward C's that fit in that census. It would appear that Heaton Chapel is close to Stockport.

I have arranged Edwards siblings on the basis of this census record.

Edward next married Vera Cookson, daughter of Walter Cookson and Mary Louise, in Mar 1917 in Fylde. (Vera Cookson was born in 1895 in Christ Church, Preston, Lancashire, England (Christening Place).)
